Can only hear on the left side through my headphones

Hi all, I recently got a RODE NT1 condenser microphone and a Focusrite Scarlett Studio 3rd gen interface and I was trying to record and test the mic on Audacity but through my headphones I can only hear on the left side. My voice is also kinda quiet when I hear it. I have 48V enabled. Is there a better software to record on or is my setup incorrect? Any feedback is appreciated as it's my first time trying out any kind of audio equipment. Thanks a bunch! :)
