Is the 2030 game called Starcraft or Starcraft Dominion?

I'm so confused by the ending logo just being 'Starcraft'. And they are also using starcraft.com. Then the title of the trailer has dominion in it but not like 'Starcraft Dominion" but STARCRAFT | Announce Cinematic | Dominion as if the dominion part is just one faction or something.

Are they really going to change what 'playing Starcraft' means away from RTS?
