Are there any great stories about Jedi leaving the order?

I have an idea for a fan story about a rogue Jedi, I just need to do more research as it’s been a long time since I’ve been part of the Star Wars fandom, and I’d like some sources for inspiration to avoid copying stories. Are there any Clone Wars episodes or books I should check out?
