Counseling for Crohn’s

Has anyone here received counseling after your diagnosis? Ive had some light counseling in the past but since my diagnosis I almost feel like I need to make an appt again. It’s a little grim in my head lately & a lot of that is attributed to the things that come with this disease. How was/is your experience with counseling for this type of thing?
