Golf carts in the riverside area

I’m seeing children as young as 8 driving their family golf carts completely unattended on roads meant for actual vehicles. Not only is this extremely dangerous but also illegal. If y’all can’t keep your kids safely at home then you shouldn’t be parents. I’m going to start calling the police any time I see a minor driving a cart unattended. I don’t wanna hear anyone’s sob stories when a truck plows through their children in their little toy vehicle
