ABSOLUTE proof that Evan AND Ray wrote the book + June confirming VGs involvement?
Im sick of guilters blaming how damning this book is on “Rays Flowery writing”. No. Please send this to them next time they argue this with you. This was by Evan and Ray as June tells us in this court document - “defendant and his brother have authored a book regarding our ordeal”
I had a feeling Evan had a direct hand in writing this book when I saw “Cast of Characters“ to list out the names of the people involved and the book divided into act like parts. Evan is a screenplay writer. Who’s more likely to have made that creative decision, Evan or Ray the lawyer?
June also tells us something very interesting in this document - that Evan wanted media attention and was bringing it upon his family. We knew this already, but guilters have bought into the Chandler myth that they refused to testify because they didnt want publicity when that is far from the truth. In fact, that’s only one of the many reasons the Chandlers give for not testifyinf in their book.
They also try justify their decision to push for a settlement by saying they wanted to keep MJs “career intact”. Yes you heard that right. The accusers family, after finding out their son has been molested was concerned that the molester could have an intact career. After this, they reached out to MJs people and there were still no signs they were going to agree to a settlement. MJ still wanted to clear his name legally and they wanted to ”keep his career intact”??? This is an insult to real CSA victims
Another very interesting thing June tells us in that document is that the Chandlers were well aware that VG had their documents. They seem to have promised June they wouldn’t publish their book and yet they advise her that “the transcript mysteriously disappeared from defendants house”
How??? And why are the Chandlers so okay with it mysteriously disappearing that they simply advise June, why does it align with their goal of getting their story out in the first place, and how did it already fall into the hands of a national enquirer reporter who began ”hounding” June??
And who did they leak it to?

Take a look at this article published in the Globe in May of 1994, that publishes documents straight out of Gutierrezs book and cites him as the revealer
“Victor Gutierrez says he spent 10 tireless years trying to expose Jackson as a serial child molester after receiving a tip that he'd sexually abused two Mexican boys who were later deported from the U.S.”
And then this article published also in May of 1994. Keep in mind this is FOUR months after the settlement, the criminal investigation is still going, there are 2 grand juries convening looking for a indictment, all their “damning evidence” is being revealed (still no indictment) and they’re technically legally bound by a NDA, which is likely why they’ve told Gutierrez not to expose their involvement. Gutierrez notes when and how he met Joy Robson, his process of trying to reach Safechucks dad and when he met the Spences (apparently) but he doesn’t for the Chandlers. Why? Could it be Evan told him not to so they had plausible deniability if MJ ever decided to sue??
Guilters love this photo of him sitting in a chair but they don’t even realise it corroborates Jordan’s original story to Pellicano- that MJ always slept in a top hat and wore long sleeves because he was insecure about his vitiligo.
Jordan never found out why MJ wore a top hat (he had a balloon sized neuroma underneath) because he never saw him naked.
Also this is MJ obliging Evans INVITATION to visit his house for a few days. Keep in mind that prior to this, Evan and Jordan had been estranged, and June said in her testimony that she was actually happy that Michael seemed to be helping repair their father son relationship since Evan had not taken a interest into his son until Michael came around.

Now compare the above innuendo filled article, with information twisted and sourced by a actual NAMBLA pedophile with what June was leaking through her friends prior to Evan’s involvement with his Gutierrez inspired “suspicions”
But back to Gutierrez, the question is, why did sue happy Evan, who died with dozens of lawsuits pending, had the audacity to include LMP, Disneyland and Neverland zoo as defendants in his second lawsuit and sued his own son for the money in his trust account not sue Victor Gutierrez??
Could it be he was well aware that Gutierrez would easily counter sue and produce information that showed they were working together??
He had YEARS to sue Gutierrez. Gutierrez was still going around on news shows, brandishing Evans chronology and talking about how he was going to promote his book
In fact, in the youtube video below, Gutierrez is actually holding Evans chronology and if you pause at the right time you can see the pictures that appear in his book. You can also see the unredacted version of his chronology if you do so. VindicateMJ managed to pause it and get good screenshots of what the chronology said (identical to what was in Ray and Victors book) but i cant find the article anymore. So why did Evan not sue?

Could it be he respected Gutierrez by this point for his role in the allegations?? As you’ll notice in the article leaked by Gutierrez, he was still calling the source of his information “EVANS DIARY” and the source matierla was close to Evans actual chronology. He hadn’t yet perverted the story further by claiming it was Jordan’s diary. In fact, he was allegedly writing these articles to promote his book that was under a different title: "In The Closet:Inside the Michael Jackson Criminal Investigation".

He started looking into this since 1986, hoping that if a celebrity like MJ was proven to be a pedophile then the world would be more accepting of pedophilia.
