I am moving from one county to another within the state of Arizona with my 16 year old child. Their father lives in a different state but our court papers are filed with the county in Arizona. We have joint legal decision making but I have primary physical custody. Our paperwork has a section to check a box if we agree to obtain written permission to move and we did not check it and both signed the parenting time packet. The move won't interfere with his current visitation as our child flies to see their father. Im not sure if I should send the 45 day letter, file with the courts to move or if given the fact we didn't check the box I can legally go. Any advice? I can't afford a lawyer sadly and I've called for consultation but they are wanting 4 to 500 bucks for an hour and that's not doable right now. I appreciate any help.
