My ex already being inconsistent with choices we made after our talk yesterday

Hey y’all. Me (25F) and my ex (27F) mutually broke up two weeks ago and had our first talk yesterday. I wanted to work it out but she didn’t. We’ve both agreed we want to be in each others lives and possibly be friends. Yesterday we decided that we would remove each others locations and take down instagram posts, and with anything else social media wise we would communicate if we decided to unfollow if something we saw was hurting us.

Not even 24 hours later I see she unfollowed me on Spotify. Which contradicts the terms she set about how she wants to move forward here. I messaged her about the fact that I removed location in tandem with a message about other logistics and it just feels incredibly hurtful that she wouldn’t communicate the same to me.

It’s not even that I care about the Spotify, but we had a whole conversation yesterday specifically about Spotify and it just feels so scary to think that I might not be able to depend on her word in our breakup.
