Understanding loot tiers

Specifically SCR…

Just spawned in svetlo, quick run over to those barracks west of krasno for early gear. Only found a bloody military convoy with a SCR-17. I’ve only got about 200 hours, this is a massive result, first chance to play with an end game rifle. Except obviously no mag. Will I find one as standard loot at NWAF / Tisy, or do I need another convoy / heli crash?

Simple one for the community! Appreciate any guidance.
