how to prep for amc 10/12 and do well

ive been preparing for the amc for around 1-2 months but i keep having to search up HOW to do problems and i just dont know how to practice the questions better and actually get better. my goal this year as a sophomore is to qualify for aime at least but im struggling a lotttt
