1. „It’s too hard to describe this“ you’re a bad songwriter then. TRY to describe it.

„I hope I never see what your face looks like going“ istg she‘s way too proud of this line, it’s grammatically awkward and obviously only written for the sake of rhyming

2. „Can‘t describe this feeling“ - again, being a songwriter doesn‘t mean singing about now being able to find words for your feelings🤦‍♀️ it’s just soooo lazy

3. „Your red and my blue, now I see the world in purple“ she just wanted a song called purple soooo bad cause it’s her brand. Why is Louis red? Why is Olivia blue? She doesn’t give an explanation and it makes no sense and is very predictable. I could’ve written those lyrics. Also her fans act like she’s so poetic for this song she really isn’t lmao it’s lazy af

4. „I cling to hope like snow on mountains“ genuinely what is this even supposed to mean, snow doesn’t cling to mountains it peacefully lies on them/rolls down sometimes. She’s just trying to be poetic but she makes no sense

5. „So you do the noble thing and open up the door“ this one always gets me. The use of the word „noble“ is ridiculous, girl this isn‘t bridgerton it’s a relationship between two young celebrities lmao - also I can’t stand when you can tell a line was written only for the sake of rhyming and thats the case here with „door“

The laziest & worst lyrics from her album imo
