Have A Plan Before You List
I speak with a lot of people selling their homes by owner, and I'm always surprised by how many start without a real plan.
Before you list, think through the basics: Who is taking the photos? How will you determine the price? Who will handle inquiries and showings? And most importantly, how are you going to get the home in front of buyers?
Selling by owner isn't complicated, but simply putting a home online and hoping someone finds it isn't a plan.
A little preparation before you list can make a huge difference.
What would you add to the FSBO planning checklist?
This is a sub for helping people successfully sell by owner, so if you have an idea or experience that could help another FSBO seller, please share it.
Just because you're selling your home on your own doesn't mean you need to be on your own.
