GCS as an AMAB non-binary person who doesn't want feminizing HRT

I'm wondering if there's any path to getting approved for a vaginoplasty without going on E. I'd even want to be on T post-SRS so I can keep my body shape. Is there any precedent for this and is it possible under WPATH SoC 8?
