Cachy-Update doesn't find all flatpak updates?

Hello there!

I've run into this a few times.

I only use flatpak to install OrcaSlicer which adds a nvidia driver along with it. Whenever OrcaSlicer updates it's likely there is also an update for the nvidia driver but it does not always install it in Cachy-Update. I only notice because OrcaSlicer tends to behave odd whenever the latest driver is missing. Today for example I tried to slice a few models and it would only reach 3fps when in Preview mode. I checked Cachy-Update but it said there's nothing to update. I then went ahead and typed "flatpak update" in the terminal and it indeed found a driver update: org.freedesktop.Platform.GL.nvidia-615-71-09

It's not a big deal for me since I (now) know how to fix this but it might not be for everyone.

OS is up to date and I've had this happen even before I did a complete reinstall a few weeks ago.
