Help me pick a weapon please

I realized my set is made for ranged not melee (Cowl of purity, Assassin's jacket ,Soldier boots)

So i was wondering whats the best option for me out of bows or crossbows?

I need 1 for pve and 1 for pvp ( Preferably a weapon that isn't good in pve/pve and horrible in pvp/pve unless its worth it)

(I play duo my duo is a healer he is around ~50% of the time)
