Is there anyone online right now? I have something important to ask but I'm confused.

The thing is that there's a stray cat in our building (we are tenants here). The cat is pregnant and someone/dog broke her leg we found her crying for help on the ground, but we are struggling financially and the government hospital are too far, and the service isn't good. Her treatment at least need minimum 5 -6 thousand said private rescue team. I have done every search and called for help. But the government rescue never picking up the call or just says "we treat dogs only". Nearest private clinic fees 400 + treatment and medicine charges. They said to visit the clinic but without money it will be humiliating for me to visit.

She is so in pain and every one in this building is just want to get rid of her, no one is caring about her. She is pregnant and her back side is paralyzed some said she'll die eventually as she can't give birth now.

What to do?

They want to just throw her out and watch her die.
