hitching in warzone and other online games

I have a 2023 LOQ 15IRH8 with the 3050 6gb and the i5 12450H and 24gb of ram but whenever I attempt to hop into a match of warzone I keep getting these severe hitches, I've already swapped the wifi card, lowered the graphics disable v sync, so I'm just clueless what's causing it. it mostly just in warzone but has happened in other online games. any help would be very appreciated. hoping that's the right flair. Also my Wi-Fi speed is 350mbps with 20ms ping
