Is this 1 month rental the reason I'm getting no reservations?

New host here, just listed my car a few months ago and I've been getting steady rentals every week. Last month a guy reserved the car for the entire month of September and then I got no new rentals after him. Is it just because most people don't book that far ahead or the fall and winter are just slower seasons in general, or a bit of both? Located in the Midwest, thanks!
