Unable to access existing OUAC account

Hi all,

Looking to apply this cycle for p/j. When I went onto the TEAS application site, I was prompted to login using my OUAC information. I did not remember the username or password, so I was given the opportunity to use my birthday and email. This is how I found out the email I used for OUAC back in high school was my high school email. Therefore I do not have access to it anymore. How can I go about applying now? So lost
