Small case filing - cc overdue

I just want to ask po if may experience po kayo in dealing with Overdue CC with Metrobank? I’ve been communicating with them kasi if makapag offer sila ng payment program na makakaya ko since I don’t have the capacity to pay the MAD anymore. I received a final demand letter from their CA na I need to pay daw this certain amount in this period of time and they’ll file case if I can’t when I already explained sa bank my financial situation po. I remember I only had 110k na balance pero nilagay nila sa letter 202k na. I’m just anxious po na they will file saying I’m not willing to pay when I asked them if there are payment options na kaya sa financial capacity ko as of the moment :(
