Gluten free ... Sure

Lunch time costumer comes in:

"Hi there you do all of this *lunch menu up* gluten free?"

Me: "yes, everything but this one"

"Ok thanks"

-Goes away without eating or whatever

....Dinner time THE DAY AFTER

*Fast forward, I take the order bla bla blah*

*I asked "any allergies I should be aware of guys?, they say "all good you know"

Great right? EHHH

Food arrived, she calls me to the table...

"Are you sure this is gluten free?"

"No you didn't tell me you wanted it gluten free and I asked if you had allergies, you said all good"

"But I was here yesterday and I asked you about it, I said you know because I was here"

The food had to be redone, AND she thought we were gonna comp the bill because of that 😐😐😐 wth
