300 Level Grade Boosters for winter semester

I am currently building my schedule for my winter semester of 2027 and all i have left to add is two 300 level option courses in order to have a pretty smooth semester. does anyone have any recommendations or would like to share their experiences in 300 level classes that they have took and had a good experience, preferably easy courses so i can focus on my three other core classes?
