27 [M4F] CA/US/Earth - Hey! You found me 👋

Hello, currently living in SoCal but I plan to move within a year or so, still undecided where though. I am the type who only finds the idea of a life partner desirable. If I don't find her, I imagine I'll be comfortable ending up as a delightfully eccentric old hermit with a jungle of a garden and many animals inhabiting my home.

I don't care at all about what you look like, you can be rocking a unibrow and I wouldn't take more than a second glance. Until we get comfortable you can picture me as 5'10" and average. Personality wise.. I am introverted but more than capable of self expression. Empathetic but not always to myself. I've gained wisdom through much hardship and in turn I struggle with optimism. I am adventurous enough to say yes to most things while still having self respect. I know what I want and do my best to be confident in the decisions I make. I am comfortable in my own skin and do not shy away from direct but kind communication. I also have a tendency to ramble, but have always and will always listen more than I speak.

Much of my free time is spent in the wider and wilder world hiking along animal trails, belly crawling through the underbrush, and spending much time being present in the world around me. I have a chaotic garden always in need of tending. I cook most anything and am getting into baking more as well. I have far too many books on my reading list and a terrible habit of leaving many of them unfinished. I don't really watch movies or game much, but I am guilty of spending a few too many hours in front of a screen. I am an aspiring renaissance man capable of fixing and learning most anything with a head full of tid bits of acquired knowledge and a capacity to be interested in damn near any topic or thing. I do everything in life alone and am very used to it, so there is no expectation for all interests and aspects to align. Seriously, if you're not outdoorsy or if you roll around in a wheelchair then don't be shy, I really do enjoy my own company and don't need to do every activity with someone else for I am most certainly not a social animal.

Oh and as a last note, I am Agnostic and open minded to the many possibilities of the greater mysteries. I am also politically frustrated but left leaning. I identify more in line with types like George Carlin and Edward Abbey on political policy and otherwise.

I am more interested in establishing a friendship that is open to development. I might desire a partner but I am in no way desperate for one.
