Is it back?

Hi guys! So I treated my ureaplasma with 2 7 day doses of doxycycline about 3 weeks apart from each other. Recently I started using vitanica probiotics, and it cause pretty much all the urinary symptoms to come back and the smell was absolutely awful. And the ammonia smell has come back as well which makes me so upset. Do you think the Ureaplasma came back? It was so hard to even get tested for the first time because all doctors were ignoring me and refuse to test for it so I would hate to go through this all over again, but it looks like I just will have to deal with it. Anything similar happened to anybody else here? Really looking for answers.
