Is "fake OCD" a theme?

Question about OCD

So I'm sure many people have seen or experienced people pretending to have OCD just because they like things organized or they like things in a certain way. However, aren't the OCD theme "magical numbers" and similar themes exactly that? I understand that intrusive thoughts and ruminations are a large part of OCD, but that doesn't that mean that everyone has them, right?

For context, I've never been diagnosed with OCD, but the past couple years, I've had a lot of common symptoms and themes of OCD (manipulator, self-harm, harming others, magical numbers, contamination, etc.). Before the recent development (or just acknowledgment) of ruminations, I believed that I had some sort of "particularity disorder" (hadn't known about OCD then) because I had such a preoccupation with having everything follow a set of rules or a system.

I mean, what if you obsess over having things organized and compulsively set them to be so? Isn't that OCD then? Let me know, 'cause I'm really curious.
