What did you bring with you in your hospital bag / baby's bag?

Hoping that's the right flair? Not sure honestly

But I'm currently 30+3 and trying to get my hospital bag / baby bag ready. I haven't fully ordered any of it yet, because honestly I'm not sure what I actually need.
