Asacol suppositories for hemorrhoids?

I have a huge problem with hemorrhoids that last 40 days. The pain when they come out side is really big and I cant do anything. The doctor gave me procto synalarar and daflon pills and told me about sitz baths, no siting on the toilet more that 5 min., no tissue paper, only Water etc. But the problem its still there. Another doctor I asked told me about some suppositories called asacol. Does any one know if they actually help on hemorrhoids too?

Because I searched and they are for other issues so I got scared to try them. Please help me.
