Chase Debit Card Paze Promo Problems?

I used my Chase debit card for 10 Sephora transactions 2 months ago. Only got one $10 back. Called Chase credit card today (because I also used 3 credit cards for this promo and they also missed Paze credits).

Debit card agent told me that Chase is not responsible for the credits. I need to contact Paze. But there is no way to contact Paze on their website. Any thoughts?

(Chase credit card agents on the other hand told me it’s Chase’s fault and they’re manually adjusting now)

Why is it so complicated?
