4 weeks pregnant and sick

I have been sick since I found out I was pregnant a week ago 😭. I tested negative for Flu A/B, rsv, adenovirus, and covid. I am dying with a bad cough and thick congestion. The rest of my family is okay but I've had this for a week now. I can't help but worry it'll affect my tiny baby 😣. Has anyone been sick in very early pregnancy like this? What did you do?
