3 years Post Breast Augmentation

As the title states I’m 3 years post breast augmentation surgery (under the muscle, 350cc, silicone). Started as an A/B and now I’m a D cup. I’ve started to notice within the past week that I can feel my right implant more. Visibly it looks fine but when I touch underneath with my fingers and push gently, I’m starting to feel the implant itself more. It doesn’t seem to be moving out of place either. When I’m standing up it’s mild and when leaning over it’s way more noticeable to the touch. Is this normal? I’m worried about capsular contracture, I feel like my symptoms don’t align with that but I can’t find a similar situation online anywhere. When I had surgery my doctor did tell me I had very minimal natural breast tissue but it’s just strange I can’t find feel my implant more on my right than my left.
