Catholicism and Fantasy settings

Is there anything wrong with including magic in a world where Catholicism exists? I enjoy world building and character writing in my free time, and currently I'm writing a low fantasy story set in the medieval time period (specifically 14th century), where magic (enchanted biomes, magical abilities), alchemy, some mythological creatures (like unicorns, qilin, vampires etc) all exist, and I ran into an issue that makes me feel a little uncomfortable. Magic in Catholicism is very much forbidden, so would it be an issue for me as a Catholic to include magic in a Catholic world?
