I've lost all of my friends and feel far too lonely

I used to have a pretty large online friend group of 10+. A few of them I had know for more then 10 years. I was very close to a few of them, especially my former best friend who i saw more as family then my actual family. There was sometimes drama in our friend group but things would always work out. Until one day they just didn't. I gradually lost most of my friends, mostly due to two of my former friends who we're married got divorced. That and a few of us parting ways with one problematic person in a group put a huge wedge between us.

For a while just myself and my formee best friend we're left. As well as her coworker who she was close to and their friend group. It felt like just as soon as things started to work out and I got to know everyone better it all went to shit. Long story short a minor fight took place between my former best friend and her coworker. Everyone seemed to be ignoring myself and former bestie. So we removed all of them which blew up in my face. In the end I somehow lost all of them. Going from talking to the same people every single day to this really hurts, a lot.

I am at least fortunate to have the best, most caring and amazing partner I could ever ask for. But we're long distance and have a rough difference in time zones. With her being on the other side of ths world. We've met twice in person already and have been together nearly a year now. Things just get hard sometimes when she's asleep most of my day. Then sometimes our schedules conflict so we don't get to spend much time together on those days.

I'm really struggling today in particular. I've tried quite a bit to make new friends with no luck.

It just really sucks when my girlfriend is not around and I have no one to talk to.
