Okay so tldr we’ve been situationship for some years now. Known each other for 11 years. Currently “working towards trust “ and a “relationship”

So the situation i’ requesting assistance on is that I think he’s been lying for the past 3 months. I told myself a few months ago that I would stop going through his phone. So today I decided fuck it let’s see what’s he been up to

I check his phone he has TextNow right. Reason; I’ve been seeing messages pop up on it right. He will say oh bots call and text him right. WRONG. reason why I also have TextNow and longer then him and I don’t receive nearly as many spams as he do. So I check and it’s 304s. He’s asking if they are available… etc.
now I seen that in June he actually showed up to a hotel to see one. He deleted his history from the week and beyond so it’s long gone.

My questions to Yall are:
How do I confront him about this

If he says he didn’t do anything would you believe him

If he did do something what should I do next

because I know what do depending on his response but I don’t want to talk to anybody I know about this so
