The monologue at the end of GoF is absolutely EPIC

The man who tricked the entirety of the Order who were at Hogwarts for a YEAR including ultimate know-it-all Albus ( no hate towards the latter whatsoever) and even us readers back when we first read the book!

Every single time I reread the book I'm just so fervently anticipating that chapter towards the end where he reveals himself and everything comes to light. It gives me goosebumps fr. The whole book is my favourite just because of how brilliant this plot was. I am impressed with the foreshadowing harder each time. Barty is severely underrated as a wizard and an actor. Voldemort would have never pulled anything without him.
