Getting Cialis in Japan as a tourist

I’m coming to Japan from the US and saw that Cialis is now sold over the counter in Japan, after a mandatory face-to-face consultation and guidance from a pharmacist. I’m curious if a tourist can get the pills OTC as well, if anyone has prior experience. Because of the requirement to having to get guidance from a pharmacist I wonder if they would do it with a foreigner who might not speak Japanese. But if they do, does anyone have any recommendations in Tokyo for someone who only speaks a little Japanese?
