TOEFL 2026 🤡

Hey everyone. I am taking the TOEFL ibt soon , but I feel Lost. I don't know what to do or where to start. May anyone help me on how to prepare for the test. I have trouble writing and speaking but the other 2 skills are good. Anything from you will help A lot. What sources do I need?

Could anyone give me a schedule. I don't know what to do please help me 😱
