To the guys who left: what does it feel like seeing her at work?

To the guys who initiated the breakup: what does it feel like having to see your ex at work every single day after leaving her?

Especially when you know she’s hurting because of the decision you made.

Do you ever feel guilty? Do you miss her? Do you wonder how she’s doing? Do you still notice her even when you pretend you don’t?

Or does seeing her eventually become normal?

I’m genuinely curious what goes through a guy’s mind when he chooses to walk away, but still has to see the person he left behind every day.
