How to quit masturbation?

I am a 19 years old boy who is constantly suffering from masturbation, porn etc. I have tried many times to quit these things but every time I failed . Everytime I do these things , I repent to allah saying I would not repeat these things but I do them again. Can anyone please help me to quit these shits 🙏🏻
