Should I choose to get C2 Nilou from the anni?

Here’s my situation, I do not have Varessa or Chiori, and I have everyone else C0 (except Tartaglia C1) I got the thought after watch in bc the livestream yesterday that maybe from those characters a C2 would be good bc we also have the constellation event (I chose C1 Wrio this time but could change it for other to get them quick to C2 to be useful)

but I was wondering if C2 Nilou is still good? I heard a lot about it back when she released but it’s been so long idk if it’s still worth it? The only “bloom“ team I use is Nefer’s one (which is her, Nahida, Columbina and Baizhu/Furina), I do have Alhaitham too but as of rn I just don’t use him so much… so idk if Nilou would be a good choice? Bc I’m hesitating on who to pick tbh
