MY STORY (2010)......

So, my story begins in mid-2010 (I’m not sure if it was July or August—either late July or early August). I was watching television with my family when I kept feeling an itch in that "special area"—it was the time during my teens when hair growth starts there. While watching TV, I was scratching the area when suddenly, I felt a sensation like a powerful electric shock coursing through my body. Feeling something was amiss, I went to the bathroom to check... and that is how, at the age of 15 in 2010, my journey into masturbation began. My school friends had told me about corn🌽 and mast🤟🏼rbation years earlier, but my own journey started about 2–3 years after that. Even now, 16 years later, I am still trapped in this senseless, time-wasting loop, fighting to break free. Currently, I am dealing with all these issues: muscle loss (I used to have a great physique during my school and college days), a "skinny-fat" body composition, poor skin complexion, receding hairline at the temples, premature graying, brain fog, career failure, lack of focus, poor memory retention, PIED , and ED and Hard Breathing (shortness of breath)...
