About to buy higher milage 2011 A3. 155k miles. Pretty good carfax.

About to buy this car for my fiance to replace her 2012 Ford focus that's most likely about to have some trans issues. I've had several passat and jetta tdis, that's what I was looking for. Came across a great deal on an audi A3 tdi at similar price and mileage. Took it for a test drive. Far as I can tell it's up to snuff.

Probably gonna do a belt, water pump and possibly a dsg service immediately or negotiate it with the seller. But it's had quite a bit done as far as quality of life, wear and tear replacements, as well as some pretty hefty big deal stuff. Called the audi dealers that it's been serviced at and they were able to confirm a dsg service at 48k and at around 110k. No rust, lots of highway miles the soot levels seemed reasonable. Seems like a good choice I'm pretty well aware about the known issues to keep an eye on to keep this guy running long term.

This is kinda my last Lil check before I go thru with it. Several cosmetic issues that I can live with, rear passenger window didn't roll down. Rear passenger signal is out. Back middle seat is a little broken but functional. But the cool cd player flips down, buttons work, typical stuff for it's age in AZ.
