Help me please

Hi. So I am 18 M. So… this is embarrassing but i have like a bit of skin crack, itching, redness and pain at like the top of the line which divides the butt cheeks… Its been on and off for a few months now but since past week the itching and pain increased significantly, and today i actually checked thoroughly and realized its cracked skin and pretty red… I am a 1st year student at MANIT and I am pretty new to Bhopal. So I would be thankful if someone recommends me where to go for this problem (any proctologist/dermatologist, idk which is applicable here) and preferably i would like to go today itself (Sunday), I do have holiday tomorrow but I think many hospitals won’t open tomorrow due to Ganesh Chaturthi. So any suggestions are welcome. Thank you
