Lawn Price Estimate

Hi everyone,

I’m looking at laying lawn on my new build. Approximate total area to be covered is 234 sq metres. I have never had lawn laid before. Can anyone give me a ball park figure for the cost. I have no idea if I am looking at hundreds of dollars or thousands of dollars. Am I right in thinking Readylawn will be way more expensive than getting someone to level the ground and chuck some grass seed on?
