Navigation and search so different in ChatGPT web, ChatGPT classic, new ChatGPT desktop app

I am putting chats into projects to have some kind of management of it all. Jumping back into the projects and chats can be a pain depending on the version I am using. I just ask myself, why? I try to make use of the latest ChatGPT app, but navigation around there is the worst.

Latest ChatGPT app on macOS (that comes with Work)

Complete chaos, when I search (CMD + K) for a project name it most of the time does not find anything even though I can see it with my own eyes in the sidebar

ChatGPT classic on macOS

No shortcut, but instead of the search modal (popup) I can very quickly filter the sidebar, and it keeps the projects on top - very good

ChatGPT web

Again different. CMD + K brings again the search modal up but with the difference that I can filter within the search modal (all, chats, images, documents, projects). Good idea but more steps compared to ChatGPT classic.
