Advice on transferring a lot of people to a new server

Hey everyone,

I was wondering if anyone had knowledge or advice on this. I want to organize a transfer of like 30-45 people in my server to a new server to start our own alliance.

Does anyone know the best way to do this?

Open to all suggestions but please don’t make belittling comments. Thank you
