I Created a Puzzle Game About Defragmenting Hard Drives — Demo Available on Steam

I would love to hear your thoughts on the game I am currently developing.

The core concept is disk defragmentation. You consolidate fragmented file blocks on a 16-column grid, packing them in order from the top-left. Movement is teleport-style, so it is purely about placement logic.

Every stage has a PAR you can reach without merging anything. Beating PAR means staging fragments out of the way and merging consecutive ones — but merges are permanent, so you need a larger contiguous gap later. That is where the real thinking happens.

What I am curious about is whether that comes across naturally once you are playing, or whether hitting PAR feels like enough.

A free demo is on Steam. Honest feedback very welcome.
