Security is spineless, and honestly this entire experience has been terrible.

My fiancee and I decided to go all out, this was our 1 vacation this year so we got the tickets, charity event and the darkmoon faire after hours.

We get in today, we tried to get to our reserved seating that’s only for people who bought the charity night add-on. We had to find security to get people out of our seats, and this crybaby was complaining like “I’ve been here, I didn’t read the sign, I need this spot and I don’t want to get up.” Well, I had to make him get up, the security was about to tell us he couldn’t do anything. He tried to help another couple, well the guy who didn’t buy the charity dinner saw the other guy complain and he decided to complain and let him stay seated.

The darkmoon faire after hours…. We bought this, they gave us 20 tokens. They closed the line off at 9:30, the event was only halfway over. We didn’t even get to use the benefits that we paid extra for.

All in all, why even have security? Why even sell tickets for an event that’s supposed to be exclusive and not have the ability to handle what you had people pay their hard earned money for?
