Best co-living near Deloitte Towers, Gachibowli?

I’ll be working near Deloitte Towers and am looking for a good co-living space, preferably in Gachibowli or HITEC City, but I’m open to nearby areas.

My main requirements:

• Single/Double sharing
• Budget around ₹15k/month, can stretch a little for a significantly better option
• Spacious room with good ventilation
• Good-quality food with variety
• Good parks/green spaces nearby
• Clean and well-maintained property

A few important things I’d like to know from people actually living there:

• Any flooding/waterlogging issues during heavy rains?
• Is power backup reliable, including AC/fan and Wi-Fi?
• Is the internet reliable enough for work/video calls?
• Any major issues with water supply or connectivity?

For people currently living in co-living spaces around Gachibowli/HITEC City/Kondapur, which properties would you recommend based on these requirements?

I’d especially appreciate recent reviews both good and bad.

If you've stayed in Stanza Living, Colive, Settl, Housr, Zolo, etc., which ones would you recommend or avoid?
