Found a way to have a permanent Presence circle around you.
Most people, would ALT + click on the presence description a keep the small windows tucked in the corner.
By some modern magic , my game stuttered a little, so I went to character selection screen and back quickly within a moment. I noticed that the circle is still there, but the window is gone.
I was able to recreate this everytime. I share it because it is not game breaking bug.
Let us know if it works with other clients. or it's just mine. in the comments.
How to lose it: touch any "presence text" even if you hover to it accidentally.
Because GGG doesn't want to add it "toggleable" in any presence skill.
