Why allow use of older Photoshop versions and nag user at same time...

I'm using Photoshop v26.0 since it's one of the best versions before AI and various other UI and program changes. This option can be installed via the "other versions" section of the Creative Cloud App.

Yet every three or four times I start Adobe Photoshop I get this annoying linked popup nag. Is that really needed with auto updates turned off and "App Updates" turned off?

Seems stupid to allow use of older versions if you really don't want us to use them...
